Neurocentered exercises

With our exclusive expert "Lars Lienhard", one of the most renowned neuroathletics trainers, neuro-centred exercises can be incorporated to intensify brain training. The field-proven neuroathletic exercises were also used by the German National Football Team during the 2014 FIFA World Cup, as well as during many other world-class events. Players such as Per Mertesacker(Arsenal London), Serge Gnabry (FC Bayern), Lucas Podolski, Manuel Neuer, Benedikt Höwedes, Mats Hummels etc., as well as current national players, Bundesliga players and players in the Premier League, work with our expert.
